The partners have combined their expertise to set up IMPAQT CARE SOLUTIONS LTD and are working closely with digital experts to develop a digital solution enabling improvements for care services, commissioners and clients.

    Director

    IMPAQT FOR CARE© is the vision of Zoe Duffy, Director and Registered Manager of Formations Care Home in Bradford, a CQC Outstanding rated care service. Zoe has 19 years’ experience of managing and developing adults and children’s services across the Bradford District and beyond. She has a passion for improving the quality of care for people and has worked as a quality consultant for over 10 years, supporting other independent providers in areas such as; quality, compliance, safety and person-centred care, resulting in improved CQC & Ofsted ratings for those providers. Zoe harnessed her proven expertise of care management and quality consultancy in both adults and children’s services in the design of the system.

    Rachael Ross

    Director and Operations Manager

    Rachael Ross has a background in adult and children’s nursing, as well as in teaching, assessing, internal verification and quality assurance of care qualifications within Further Education. Over the past 12 years Rachael has worked for Skills for Care as a workforce planning and development expert, providing a range of bespoke consultancy support to adult care providers to develop and train their workforce, gain leadership skills and improve care quality standards.
